Safety First

All members must train safely and respect their training partners. Tap early and often - there is no shame in tapping.

Respect

Treat all members, coaches, and visitors with respect regardless of rank, gender, or experience level.

Hygiene

Maintain good personal hygiene. Keep nails trimmed, wear clean gi/rashguard, and stay home if you are unwell.
